HOW THE WORK IS DONE

HD 2011, 6 min. 35 sec.
The video 'How the Work is Done' is inspired by the phenomena of artists refraining from work in order to achie- ve a specific aim. In 1956 students of the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków started to occupy the workshop of pottery and sculpture. The film stages a hypotethical reconstruction of events, with poorly done puppets serving as the protesters.
